Pequod | Imola

This collection has been discontinued.  Please call for available inventory.

This ceramic collection is inspired by the bygone world of Massachusetts whaling ships that were built entirely of American walnut.  The name comes from the famous novel Moby Dick, where Pequod is the name of the whaler that sets out to capture the notorious white whale.

In the same way that the wood of these classic ships is continually shaped and colored by the sea and the waves, the wind and the sun, this new line of ceramics captures all the effects and character of these elements on its surfaces and edges.
